It easily attaches to the bathtub with four strong, large suction cups. The product includes illustrated instructions to make sure the suction cups stick properly. 

The pillow comes in a fancy bag for a great gift to family and friends. You can also use the gift bag to store and protect your luxurious bath pillow. 

Open Air Fibers lets air and moisture flow seamlessly so you don't have to worry about mold or mildew. However, if you love your pillow and like keeping it in pristine conditions, you can always put in the washer. It will come out good as new!
 

1) WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE SURE THE SUCTION CUPS STICK FIRMLY TO THE BATHTUB?

The 4 suction cups are firm and therefore you should have no problem sticking it to the bathtub.You can use it in virtually any bathtub surface. Our recommendation for best use is: 

  • Make sure the bathtub surface is clean and dry
  • Wet the suction cups with a generous amount of water (no soapy water or with bubble bath water).
  • Attach the bath pillow to the tub, and while doing so apply a good amount of pressure with your thumbs on the stitching of each suction cup.
  • Once the pillow is firmly attached, include the bubble bath or salts as desired. 


2) AFTER USING THE PILLOW, WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DRY IT OUT?

The best way to dry out the pillow after using it is to leave it flat on a dry surface. Some of our customers also like to leave it out in the sun. 

3) IS THE PILLOW MACHINE WASHABLE?

Yes, but we do not recommend washing the pillow on a regular basis as it is not required. Wash with like colors, use a genlte cycle and detergent only. 

4) WHAT IS THE BEST POSITION TO PLACE THE PILLOW IN THE BATHTUB?

We recommend placing it with the upper section of the pillow (head rest) slightly out of the tub. You may use the photo on the packaging as a reference.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, our store will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship. Under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?
The company will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or exchange the product with the new one.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from our store is 60 days from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or parts assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage NOT resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
