What is 2.8~12mm Motorized 4X Optical Zoom Len?

You can control the angle of view of the camera from NVR or a computer or smartphone or tablet. Once the camera is mounted and set it in the direction you'd like it to look at, you can control the zoom at the touch of a button without having to climb up to the camera and change the lens settings. At the widest setting of 2.8mm, you can expect to have a 100 degree view. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, our store will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship. The company will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or exchange the product with the new one.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from our store is 60 days from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or parts assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage NOT resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
